As a team, we are always open to new ideas and methods. I consider everyone in the company as good friends, not just colleagues.

For me, it’s got to be the shipyard visits!

What do you do at the company?

I am the Managing Director, but I am also very hands-on, always involved in the general modelmaking.

What do you do when you're not at work?

Spending time with the family.
